What Mr & Mrs Meyer said about Finders Keepers:
Finders are very helpful and go the extra mile fore their landlords.
They were very helpful to us when our last tenants proved very difficult and refused to leave at the end of their tenancy.. they went the extra mile to help us with getting them evicted.

Responsive, no fuss letting agents
They've been very responsive at dealing with questions and small fixes in the house. Everything so far has been handled really quickly and easily, without any fuss.

Service fell short on many occasions
For the past 4 years of living in Oxford, my family have gone through 3 house moves for which finders keepers have been part of on all 3 occasions. Out of the 3, our experience with FK during tenancy...

Thanks for your feedback. I've spoken with your Property Manager who has reiterated that they did all that they could to help with the situation at the time. Unfortunately, as you will find by searching on Google or YouTube videos, the chance of having mould in your property is greatly increased if the property is not ventilated or heated properly by the occupant. This is why your Property Manager would have advised to do this to help with any mould issues you reported. Kind regards, Victoria (FK)
