Hi Mark, We were sorry to hear that the fan purchased did not suit your requirements and as result our customer service team worked very hard to get an exception for you, as our returns policy does not usually allow for us to accept any opened boxes. Based on your assurance that the product in the opened box had not been used in any way we went beyond our Australian Consumer Law obligations and allowed you to return the opened box. We were very surprised to receive a product that had been used and was covered in dirt, marks and oil stains. The fan was also received without its original plastic packaging. We are unable to re-sell used electrical products and as a result the product had been cleaned and returned to you.
Such an easy way to buy a quality product. The product was delivered quickly. Being winter have not used the fans yet but looking forward to sleeping better next summer
Very happy with the customer service. I received a faulty fan that they accepted back with no issues & allowed me to return a fan that was not suitable. Very willing to compromise & fund a solution....
