The SMART module is packaged inside the box and is intended to be installed together with the fan to enable its smart functionality. It’s possible that the packaging may have been damaged in transit, and the module may have become dislodged or misplaced - although we cannot confirm this at this stage.

The SMART functionality relies on a module that is included within the packaging and needs to be installed along with the fan for it to connect and sync with the app. If the module isn’t installed or has been misplaced - the fan will not operate as a SMART device.
