Customer service was okay but the item itself was horrible. Get better warranty electricians please !

ok but told no backdraft fitted so sold me extras for no reason

The Mercator Novaline is a budget-friendly exhaust fan, and while it offers solid performance for the price point, it can sometimes be unclear from the specs provided by the manufacturer whether certain features, like a backdraft shutter, are included.
We do our best to provide accurate product information, and whilst you contacted us directly with specific feature questions to confirm details before purchase, we also believed there was no backdraft shutter due to the specs provided.
