Everything was great up untill I had a warranty claim within the week of purchase that was handballed over to the manufacturer who did not help.

To clarify, our referral to the manufacturer was offered as an optional pathway, not a handball. Manufacturers are typically best equipped to resolve issues quickly, as they have in-home service agents, spare parts on hand, and deep product knowledge. This often avoids the need to uninstall, return the product, wait for testing and replacement, and then re-engage your electrician, which can add cost and delays.
Most customers find this the fastest and most convenient option, and we’re sorry it didn’t work well in your case given you were unable to provide the compliance documentation which is a mandatory requirement under Australian warranty for electrical products.

This fan has been very popular with no known design or cosmetic issues, so misalignment at the centre may point to an assembly or installation issue. These products do require a licensed electrician for installation, not only for safety and compliance, but to ensure correct setup and especially with fine mechanical tolerances like fan blade alignment.
While we understand your concerns are cosmetic, warranty support does require certification from a licensed electrician. If you have one attend and provide a certificate, we’d be more than happy to assist further under warranty.

We’ve followed up with the manufacturer and can confirm that the fan does have six speed settings. The sixth speed refers to the night mode, which is activated by pressing and holding the speed 1 button. Thanks for pointing this out, as your feedback has helped us update our product listing to make this feature clearer.
This model has been very popular, and there are no known cosmetic or design issues. If the fan blades appear misaligned, this could be related to assembly or installation and especially as these fans require precise setup by a licensed electrician. For warranty support, a compliance certificate from a licensed installer is required, even for cosmetic concerns.
