During peak season, courier delays and routing errors can unfortunately occur, and in this case, to minimise any delay, we arranged a replacement immediately at your request and despite our instructions for the original fan to be returned, it was delivered to you in error, resulting in two deliveries. We are now organising collection of the second unit at no cost to you.
