For this model, the wall controller is supplied without a wall plate, which is standard across most manufacturers. This is because electricians typically provide wall plates to suit the specific wall type, décor, or to match existing fittings in the home. As resellers, we receive these products sealed directly from the manufacturer, and wall plates are not consistently included in cartons across brands or models. For this reason, they are not listed as included accessories unless explicitly supplied by the manufacturer. That said, we appreciate your feedback and understand how clearer expectations upfront would have been helpful. In unique situations like this, we would normally encourage customers to contact us as soon as the issue is identified and provide photos, so we can investigate and resolve it promptly before installation.
