Unreliable supplier. Estimated delivery date never met. Had to cancel order after waiting close to 6 months. Do not buy this product.

We’re sorry for the frustration caused by the extended delay. This order related to a replacement part supplied by the manufacturer (Ventair), and unfortunately the ETA was revised multiple times due to supplier stock issues outside of our control.
At the time of ordering, we were advised the part was in low stock, however subsequent delays resulted in a longer wait than anticipated. We acknowledge this did not meet expectations and understand the decision to cancel and purchase an alternative solution.
We appreciate the feedback and will use it to improve how we communicate potential delays on manufacturer-supplied replacement parts.

If the fan is beeping on power-up, this is something our warranty team can assist with promptly. In addition to the standard return process, we do offer an optional in-home warranty service, which many customers find preferable. This means you won’t need to arrange or pay for your electrician to return, remove the fan, send it back, and wait for an outcome. Instead, a qualified electrician can be appointed under warranty to assess and assist on site.
