We provide detailed dimensions and a cut-out diagram on the product listing so customers can confirm sizing before purchase, and our team is always available via phone, chat, or email to help ensure the correct product is selected. Unfortunately, once a product box has been opened it is generally considered unsaleable as new, which is why our change-of-mind return policy limits these returns.
While we do offer free shipping on many orders, the associated freight and handling costs mean we’re unable to absorb these expenses for change-of-mind returns, which is why return shipping and restocking fees may apply where an exception is granted.

Regarding the tilt clamp, it should hold firmly when tightened by hand. If you feel it’s not securing properly, please feel free to reach out to us directly and we can look into this further for you.
