We are sorry that your original mattress choice was not to your liking when delivered. As we set-out in our recent correspondence, all mattresses soften in use and every customer has different preferences. We assisted you by offering to supply a replacement mattress in a medium tension at a discount of over 30% as a goodwill gesture and we're very glad to hear that this has been better.
