Hi, With reference to your comments the price of the postage was visible before you made your purchase. We do not hide postage charges and then suddnely decide to up the price at checkout which may be what is intimated here. All customers should check there order thoroughly before pressing the buy button. The website clearly states through the purchasing process the following 1-3 pairs - £3.49 4-9 pairs - £6.99 10-15 pairs - £12.99 4 pairs of shoes were ordered and therefore the cost would be £6.99 We are a very up front and honest business who dont hide anything from customers. The information is clear for all to read. Sincere apologies that your order did not possibly go to plan as you expected Yours The Express Trainers Team
