How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

1 week from order to delivery

Took a week from placing order to being delivered. Was kept informed about where the delivery was at and when to expect it. It took longer than I had hoped but not unreasonable.

Hi Dee, this order was delayed by an extra day due to a public holiday here in SA on Monday 12/3. Your order was received Friday night and then dispatched on Tuesday, instead of our usual Monday dispatch. Sorry about that, but just a one off. Thanks, Michael
