I'm very sorry to hear that you were so unhappy with your keys. We have used these blanks for over 20 years, and always pride ourselves on the fact that we use the best quality keys available. It's possible that there may have been a manufacturing defect with the batch of blanks that we were sent, and we unknowingly cut the keys and sent them out to you.
Please accept my sincere apologies, it was certainly not our intention to send you keys that didn't work, and had I known I would have done everything possible to remedy the situation for you.
