Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi Dumsile, We're very disappointed to receive your 1 star review. We're sorry you have been having some issues. Our customer services team has attempted to contact you today but they were unfortunately unable to get through to you. All the deductions are necessary and explained to all of our contractors before they sign up with us, however if you need any further information please contact us. In regards to your pay time of 6pm, we are always very clear that we cannot guarantee a specific payment time but we assure all of our contractors they will be paid before the end of the day, provided we have received the relevant funds.
