I’m really sorry to hear that Evri lost your parcel. Unfortunately when it leaves us then we lose control of what happens with the parcel. I can see that we sent a replacement out for you and it appears that this was successfully delivered. However, due totals he parcel being lost, it was an unacceptable amount of time for you to receive the parcel and Im really sorry about that.
