We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Service was great for the order that was processed, though an order was cancelled and was only notified 3 days after the order. Pods were old stock that leaked and were improved by Blu some 2 years...

Bad vape juice nozzles and customer service is not great

Most of the vape juice have faulty nozzles that make it a night mare to sort. Customer service delay replies to make sure the order is not cancelled.
