Thank you for your review, from which I was sorry to see that you were not entirely happy with our service. You were booked to join at our main departure point, Victoria Coach Station. As you go into the main entrance of the coach station there is a large destination board showing all departures, all Evan Evans Tours for the day are shown and gate numbers are clearly displayed. We have 6 or 7 staff in uniform making sure passengers get on the correct coaches, we also have a service desk next to Gate Number 1. I am very sorry that you experienced problems finding the correct gate and by the time you did the coach was already loaded and you were unable to sit together.Thankfully you were able to travel the next day. I will certainly pass on your kind comments about the guide Richard Cunliffe and driver Laurie Hutchins, they have both been with us for many years, and we are proud to have them as part of our team. Thank you for your review. We are sorry you were disappointed with the amount of time spent in Oxford. On this particular tour we offer a walking tour of Oxford, passing many of the famous colleges and the Bodleian Library, we do not visit any of colleges. Christchurch College was the setting for the dining room in the Harry Potter films, and this is pointed out by the guide. We do offer tours that spend much longer in Oxford, and have entrance to Christchurch included. On the tour you took we spend much longer in Stratford upon Avon, visiting shakespeare's Birthplace also the wonderful Warwick Castle. Thank you again for your review. Elaine Lumley
