We're thrilled to read your comments on the barge itself and her facilities, as well as the selection of food and beverages served on board. We strive to cater as much as we can to our guests' requirements, and we're delighted our selection was up to standard! We're sorry to read your comments on the truffle hunting demonstration and the internet connection. Indeed truffle hunting is a seasonal affair, and so the team alongside Soïka the truffle dog do their utmost to demonstrate the process for guests visiting outside of the truffle season. Due to the rural surrounds of our hotel barge cruises, internet connection can be intermittent as many depend on local network coverage. However, we are pleased to say that we are in the process of introducing Starlink Satellite Internet across our fleet which will improve connectivity in the near future.
