2 minutes work
After spinning on diesel on the road and putting the car in to a small ditch I couldn't believe the charge of £144 to pull me out. It took 2 minutes to pull me out. Well over priced call out charge....

Unfortunately this would be classed as an RTA rather than a breakdown which your membership covers your for. I was sorry to read you were unhappy there was a cost for this but pleased to read we were able to assist.

Sorry to hear you felt you had communication issues, all our incident managers are English speakers but this may not be the case when it comes to our local partners. However, 66% of breakdowns that we handle in Europe are fixed on the same day.
