Thank you for responding to our customer service questionnaire, your comments of which are noted. The excess waiver charge for a Ford Fiesta in Guernsey including wheel, tyre and mirror cover is £8.00 per day. The same cover with most UK leading car rental companies is between £15.95 and £21.95 per day which therefore makes it extremely 'good value'. This also includes a reduction of the excess to ZERO from £600.00 which one also really would not want to risk. With regard to your product rating - 3 door cars generally have larger doors than a 5 door car which can mean it is slightly more difficult to get in and out of. However they do offer taller drivers extra legroom. We did supply the car type you requested online but perhaps in future a Ford Ka (3 door but smaller) or a Ford Fiesta 5 door might suit your requirements better. I do hope that having the use of one of our rental vehicles in the island enhanced your stay.
