Camping Val de Cantobre

Hi Joe, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent holiday. I'm really surprised that you didn't enjoy your time here as this parc is so highly rated and usually a hit with our customers. Due to the location the parc is a little remote but there's so much to see and do in the local area if you venture out. It's great for kayaking, walking and there's some beautiful beaches just 50 minutes away. The pools can get a little cooler towards the end of August/beginning of September when the weather starts to turn and it's such a shame that your children weren't able to enjoy them because of this. Whilst camping you can come into contact with wildlife but not to this extent. Our Reps are provided with basic pest repellents but anything more severe a professional should be contacted, so that they can remove any nests as soon as possible. We've had no further reports of wasps on this parc, so I'm sure this has since been resolved. I do hope that this wouldn't put you off travelling with us again as we have so many other parcs that may suit you and your family so much more. Kind regards, Claudia
