We apologise for the error made with this order. From what we understand there was an error with our warehouse team picking the wrong unit (1TB instead of 2TB). Promptly after this we provided a free return label to have the unit brought back to us and the customer was refunded.
Although we strive for an absolute 100% success rate with all orders, there is an element of human in us and I hope you can appreciate mistakes are made from time to time. That being said, we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused and will take steps to ensure this cannot happen again.
