Simply by having a more realistic postal charge. To double the cost of a part then add vat does sound odd

Sorry to hear you are disappointed to pay a delivery charge. Our delivery charge or the opportunity to have free delivery (orders over £150.00) is made very clear before you check out. You alternatively can come to our warehouse and collect your order. I note you complain too about the VAT, that is beyond our control, but again is made clear that VAT is charged.
We pride ourselves if offering a high standard of personal service and a quality product, we also offer technical advice and will always go the extra mile to make sure our customer has the best service possible. I know if you are buying on price alone there will be cheaper products around with free delivery. We are sorry you are unhappy with the delivery charges but they are a very realistic charges.
