However, this is the first instance of this kind regarding these tags specifically that we have brought to our attention. Can we confirm if you are using a standard-size tagging gun or if a fine tagging gun is being used? If a fine gun is being used, it would potentially cause the issue you are experiencing. Another factor that could be causing this issue is that the blade inside the gun may be either missing or has become blunt over time. Typically this type of issue would be common if there is potentially an issue with the gun being used but not the tags themselves.
