a convinience offering
Price is affordable and cars are almost new. staff was kind. If there are only one word to evaluate the car club, it would be convinient.

Not good
Service seems good before booking. Van was however dirty when arrived, got locked out of van at one point and then charged extra for mullahs I hadn’t done. Wouldn’t use again

A complete shambles
Absolutely terrible all round. Stood outside a vehicle unable to access it on hold through the ‘emergency’ line for 30 minutes. Zipcar answer within 2/3 minutes every time. No comparison between the...
