It does take longer than expected but I realise it is explained in email, however might be better to explain before people purchase as after purchase is a little late.
Ordered my niece a pair of Nike trainers in size 8.5 online. When I opened the box one was size 8.5, the other was size 9.5 and they had a security tag on them.

Only one item out of 2 was delivered. When I contact customer support they stated the 2nd item was out of stock. It wasn't out of stock when I ordered it. Very poor service.
