Only negative was email confirmation of order, confirmation of dispatch and invoice were all sent as consecutive emails 2 days after delivery which meant I was not sure the order had been received...
Contacted re. problem with delivery which they dealt with directly with courier and made follow up enquiries to ensure completion of order.Fantastic customer service!
