Thank you for your comments regarding our service. Your postcode has been re-classified by our courier company as the 'Scottish Highlands' without them notifying us. This means the quickest service we can provide to your area is 2 working days, which is when your parcel arrived.
I can only apologise for this and can assure you we are not in the business of 'conning' money out of any of our customers. A full refund of your delivery cost will be made.

That is very reasonable of you, thank you. I apologise for the intemperate language used, I did not mean to say I had been conned that is extreme and not true.
I was not aware it was on a public forum I mistakenly thought it only went back to the retailer and am very embarrassed that these comments went public and am happy to WITHDRAW them. I am not a trip advisor troll and have no desire to harm your business in any way I was just frustrated that I was not replied to when I emailed and when I had paid for express delivery and it arrived 2-3 days later. I fully accept that it was the couriers fault and not yours. Thank you for being so reasonable.
Thanks again and sorry, if I can remove the comments I will happily do so AND WILL BE DELIGHTED TO USE ELITE MODELS AGAIN IN FUTURE.
