How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Good service poor documentation

Price was competitive and delivery was efficient. But the instructions for setting up the unit specifically the WiFi control was very poorly documented.

I am sorry to hear you found the programming instructions not as straightforward, we do try to make sure we can help in more ways than one.

We have simplified guides and a YouTube Channel with videos on how to program our radiators, and if that doesn't help with have our trusted programmer Tom who is a wizard with programming any of our radiators, you can give him a call if you require further assistance on 0330 300 4444.
