Good Morning John, its certainly not normal procedure for a collection to charge a carriage charge and then subsequently issue a credit. At the time of your order we had some problems with the collect feature on our checkout, the emergency workaround was to credit the carriage charge for a collection. I am pleased to say the checkout is functioning properly now. It appears the credit we owed you for the collection was missed, so i do apologise I have now issued the credit for your carriage charge.
