Hello Linda, we really haven't had much luck with this one you have my sincere apologies. The goods were lost by our carrier around the 12th October hence the initial delivery advice. We are guilty of spending too much time trying to locate the goods, we should have just got hold of another one for you straight away considering the value. When we finally got round to ordering you another one, the goods were then delayed further due to a staff shortage in our warehouse, not ideal. We are taking measures to ensure these mistakes aren't repeated. If you would consider using us in the future I will ensure we look after you. Hello Paul, I am trying to locate your K2743's & 817's now they should have been part shipped, i am waiting for t a proof of delivery from our carrier. The 818's (Rectangular Extension box) we have had on order with BG since September. I have just phoned BG to chase and they are now advising delivery in January! BG import everything so when they run out of something it can be months which causes us real headaches, we are actually reviewing this particular supplier and considering removing them from the website completely. Hello Mark, I am told the replacement heater should have been/will be delivered direct to you from Adax today? Please let me know if this isn’t the case, I do hope it in a+ condition? I have processed a £10 refund by means of an apology, which should appear in the next day or so. You shouldn’t have had to wait so long for a replacement. We failed to communicate what was happening and indeed should have put more pressure on Adax to resend your order. It’s no excuse but staff holidays and sickness meant you were overlooked and for that you have my sincere apologies. Kind Regards, Allan

Excellent service after leaving review. Within 2 hours – Received an email informing they would collect the damaged heater. Within 24 Hours - The heater was collected. Within 48 Hours - The new undamaged heater was delivered. Excellent service guys.
