Hello Linda, we really haven't had much luck with this one you have my sincere apologies. The goods were lost by our carrier around the 12th October hence the initial delivery advice. We are guilty of spending too much time trying to locate the goods, we should have just got hold of another one for you straight away considering the value. When we finally got round to ordering you another one, the goods were then delayed further due to a staff shortage in our warehouse, not ideal. We are taking measures to ensure these mistakes aren't repeated. If you would consider using us in the future I will ensure we look after you.
