Errors happen and if your ordered the wrong part it isn't an issue with our 45 day return policy. The most important part was that my team helped you to identify the correct part to complete your job. We welcome your orders in the future when the need arises

Thanks very much for the review, this fan doesn't come with any internal packaging unfortunately. I will raise this with Vent Axia but I can assure you that all products are unused. If you would like us to swap it out for you then please feel free to contact our Customer Services team and we will sort out the arrangements

Thanks very much for your review and apologies that the courier in which we used failed to deliver on time. We have moved our deliveries to FEDEX and they have been extremely successful for deliveries but in this instance I am afraid that they have let us and yourself down. I can only apologise for this incident and I will take your issue forward to FEDEX at their next review meeting and I hope that you will still continue to use us.
