Hi there Amy. Thanks so much for your feedback. We're sorry to see that you have valued our service and products as a 1 star. Clearly, this isn’t what we want. Looking at your review I see you mentioned that our products are “more skimpy” than they were. This isn’t the case. The products you purchased are the same, using the same premium organic fabrics and materials we always have. Nothing has changed here. I can see that one of the t-shirts you ordered (Straight Outta Yoga) was not one of our stonewashed t-shirts and looking at your previous orders they were all ones using our stonewashed fabric so I’m wondering if it’s this that you are saying you felt different? In this case yes it is, as it’s a different fabric compared with the stonewashed fabric. If you prefer the stonewashed version we suggest sticking with t-shirts that feature this fabric specifically and you will always get what you want. Also, on the delivery time, as you know we now make all items to order (part of our drive to be the most eco-friendly fashion business we can be) and we usually take around 5 working days to produce your garments from the time of your order. However, the exact time it takes to produce products will depend on a number of factors, not least, how busy we are. I can see you placed your order in one of our busiest days/times of the year during our ‘Black Friday’ promotion. But despite this, I can see our team manufactured your items and dispatched them within 6 working days and then delivery to the U.S from the U.K (also during one of the busiest shipping/delivery times on the planet for delivery companies) took a further 6 working days, and we actually advise of 7-10 working days, so this was quicker than expected. Overall given when you placed the order and where it was shipped to I think it was delivered as we would have expected it to be. Of course, we are constantly working on doing all we can to bring the overall time from order to delivery down where we can, but there is usually a consequence to that and that is usually cost and we want to try and keep costs down as much as possible to avoid raising our pricing. For example, we can offer you a 2-3 day delivery to the U.S. but it would be x2 the cost of the 7-10 day delivery. So, as with everything there is a balance. Our move to making products to order was and is a bold one. But we truly believe that the environmental benefits we gain from doing this are worth a few extra days waiting for our products. We have virtually zero waste, we don’t have to store thousands of products in big heated warehouses, we don’t ever overproduce garments and only even use what is needed when it’s needed. This method of fashion production is a game changer and we believe that all fashion will be like this in the future. Our methods make us one of the most sustainable fashion businesses on the planet and we celebrate this fact. We’re sorry you are disappointed but hope you can understand the processes and reasoning behind each order a little more. Thanks for your support so far and we hope you stick with us. Lou Lou
