Once again, we are disappointed and surprised with your rating, as your order was processed by our amazing team exactly as it should have been in a fast and timely manner and nothing is late or delayed currently, as you state it is. Also, your statement about our email to you does not reflect reality, In fact, I will put our email to you below (along with your message to us) that shows we didn't understand why you were saying you were so disappointed with us as your package was not even due to be delivered yet given the shipping option you selected at checkout. In relation to your statement on the public holiday, we didn't blame that or anyone else. We simply clarified that you had placed the order over the bank holiday weekend and clarified the first date your order could have been dispatched by us. No deliveries or collections take place on Bank holidays. To clarify your latest order with us; you placed your order over the Easter holiday weekend and this was dispatched, as expected, on the 11th April. You selected the standard shipping option at checkout which advises up to 5 working days shipping (we do offer faster options) and this gives you an expected delivery date of Tuesday 18th April. Our shipping is usually very good and arrives on or before the expected delivery date in 98% of occasions, so I’m sure your delivery will be no different. If you do want your items quicker than the standard delivery option we do offer you the option of ‘Express shipping' which will get the items to you in 1-2 days. Hello Ingo. Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to read you feel our item is bad quality. This is not what we want and is not the usual feedback we receive. As a premium clothing brand, we only use the very finest materials and manufacturers to make our products, and everything is quality checked to ensure perfection every time. Premium quality is fundamental to every product we make and send to our customers around the world. Certainly, the hundreds of other 5 star reviews from our customers about the quality of our garments back this up. But if it's not for you then this is o.k and we can happily refund you for your item. No problem. More concerning was that we were extremely shocked to hear you were asked to pay any further import fees from our courier UPS. This should NOT happen ever, as we pay ALL import and duty fees on every shipment to our E.U customers as we are IOSS registered. Almost 40% of all our customers live in the E.U and none of them should be asked to pay any additional fees or charges on our orders. What you pay at checkout is all you should pay. This seems to have been a mistake in processing your shipment by UPS (and/or German customs officials) and you should have contacted us regarding this before making any payment. Perhaps we could have sorted or re-sent your item so that it could be processed correctly. Customers should not pay these fees under any circumstances. We have already raised this issue with UPS as this is unacceptable and apologise to you that this was your experience. It is inevitable that from time to time, with the thousands of shipments we make every month, that some encounter delays or issues surrounding importation. On this occasion, this was to your shipment, but rest assured our team are always on hand to help in these situations and we will do all we can to get it right and fix any problem. Unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to do this on your shipment and you paid the fee that was not due, but we will still raise this with UPS to ensure this does not happen again.
