Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback about our service, I'm terribly sorry to see you are not satisfied. All feedback given to us is used to improve and grow our company!
I've checked our records and your invoice was sent at the point of dispatch plus the team sent over your invoices manually on the 26th July, I'm sorry if you did not receive them.
Usually this comes down 2 main issues 1) the email address on record is not correct or 2) the emails are going in to your junk folder. I did try give you a call today to confirm your email so I do apologise I seem to have missed you.
Going forward I will resend the invoices for you and hopefully you should receive them! If they do not appear in the next couple of hours, call myself and the team on 0333 358 3678 or email sales@ecatering.co.uk so we can update your records.
For future issues with recieving invoices, the team are working on an improvement to the service.
