I booked the car based on your description which didn't match what I got.
You listed the car and counter at terminal. Not true, it was a bus and then a phone call to be picked up from a car park....

Breakfast on B&B was charged but free with other sites... including hotel.
Info on website tucked to indicate breakfast included ... but charge not clear.
