Booked a flight out of Luton to Spain and only the outbound flight got booked. Pretty poor and also eBookers take quite a fee for a single flight. Won't ever use them again.

No refund, others have refund and better service. Also you should have chat or email options for customers, phone calls are not easy or good way to communicate complicated issues.
