I was sent an email claiming that there was a great offer/ certain percentage off but when I went to book there was no such thing.

Airline loyalty details
My profile includes my Emirates membership number. When I made my reservation on ebookers for Emirates and Qantas flights, my Emirates membership number was not passed to the airlines by ebookers
