Terrible I booked with this website it looked like my payment had not worked so I booked a different holiday turns out the payment worked and I can’t get refund never use them again

It was possibly my own fault, but I missed the size of the security deposit and the fact that it had to be paid by credit card (which, I'm sure, is standard practice).
