Asiakaspalvelussa henkilö oli ystävällinen, asiansa osaava ja auttavainen. Nettivaraus ei onnistunut ohjelman virheen vuoksi, mutta puhelinpalvelu pelasi hienosti.

Not direct flight available at ebookers.
I booked a trip to Warsav from Helsinki. The ebookers booking system did not offer Finnair direct flights. I had to make 2 separate bookings. Hotel booking at Ebookers and flight booking at Finnair....
