Yes you're correct, all the products are freeze dried as it's not possible at the moment to sell fresh or frozen stock due to shelf life. Perhaps this was not clear enough on the website description we already provide so we will make sure that is updated ASAP.
Remember a 45g pack once re-hydrated is close to 200g in comparison to other meats, so although it's a bit pricey, it's not massively out of kilter, although we do still have a lot of work to do to improve things.
Hopefully one day we can supply you fresh stock to fulfil your needs.
