How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Easy to navigate the website and with the ability to book seats, bags etc. in on go, this allows you to know the exact cost of the holiday up front.

I, with my wife, are regular travellers with easy jet, 2 more holidays already booked. changed to easy jet from TUI during the pandemic. they too had a disappearing transfer problem, same airport and type of transfer. However, TUI representative was on hand to meet and arrange ( 23.30hrs) an alternative. This type of incident is obviously a common occurrence here! Personal cost and inconvenience to myself not a problem, however others may find future travel ventures with others more favourable if friendly help is not available! I regard this as an unfortunate inconvenience, yet still prefer 'easy jet'.
