This will include instructions on how to find your transfer on arrival. We're also in constant communication with the hoteliers so they will be anticipating your arrival. For this reason, we do not include check-in documents.

We're changing the way the customer experience and slowly phasing in the ability for our customers to select seats at the time of booking.
