Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I will contact you directly regarding the stamp. Kind regards, Alison, Easy2Name.

We are glad they arrived quickly and were just what you expected! We’re so pleased to hear you like the labels and found them easy to iron on. They’re designed to hold up well in the wash, so we hope they continue to look great for you. Thanks so much for your feedback!

Hello. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, it is appreciated. Please try increasing the heat on the iron and repeat the process a few times if needed. You may wish to use an ironing cloth/handkerchief in order to protect the label with the increased heat. Please do let me know if I can help any further. I will be happy to send you more labels. Kind regards, Alison Easy2Name.

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback! We're delighted to hear your grandson really likes his birthday present. It's great to know you were pleased with the sturdy quality, bright colours, cute dinosaur design, and easy-open lid for little fingers. We're also glad the price reduction made your purchase even better. Thank you for choosing us!

Hello Kelsey. Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused. I was the person who replied to your email regarding your order. As it had been dispatched six days before you contacted us, I advised that it should arrive shortly. As I did not hear back, I assumed it had been delivered. I will contact you personally to confirm the address before arranging a replacement. Kind regards, Alison Easy2Name.

Thanks for your feedback! I’m glad the name stickers still got the job done, though I’m sorry the lettering was smaller than expected and that shipping took longer than anticipated. We appreciate the helpful suggestion about double-checking the font and sticker size before ordering, and we’ll be sure to keep that in mind as we work to improve both product clarity and delivery expectations.

Thanks for the kind words! We’re so glad ordering was quick and easy, and that your delivery arrived in just a couple of days. We really appreciate your feedback and are happy you had a great experience with our service!
