Thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase from Easy Gloves. I am disappointed to read that you have not been entirely satisfied with the service you have received. Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to your email , I have spoken to my colleague and he has advised that he has sent an email over to you to advise how to return the incorrect goods. Unfortunately as the incorrect size gloves were ordered by yourself we would have to pay a third party courier to collect the goods which we would have to pass the cost on to yourself as the customer or you can return them yourself via a method of your choice and a refund for the gloves would be issued upon receipt of the goods in a resalable condition.
