We are currently working on a re-design of the Easy Florist Supplies web site as we speak to improve the functionality and usability for all of our customers.
We apologise about the inconvenience caused with your last order, a technical fault was the issue and we were unaware that not all of the products had been dispatched.
We are advised to wait 7 days for missing items that are sent by Royal mail to arrive before loomking into the issue further.
After this time had passed, we then arranged for these missing items to be packaged and sent out to the customer.
We also would like to apologise for the 3 calls it took to get this fully resolved for you.
