Thank you for your email and for taking the time to provide us with feedback. I understand you spoke with a member of our team and were advised that your delegates had received their delegate information forms two days prior to the course start date. Delegates are required to personally sign these, which is why they are sent directly and not the person who books the training. When you called our office to request copies, these were emailed whilst you were on the phone to ensure receipt.
