Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Booking easy but course cancelled so currently in limbo!

Thank you for your feedback. We are extremely sorry that your SMSTS Course was cancelled due to insufficient delegate numbers. The awarding body of this training (CITB) stipulates that a minimum of 6 delegates are required for the course to be confirmed. In this instance the training centre did not have enough delegates and in order to give over a week's notice had to cancel the training. I understand our booking team have tried to contact you via email and voicemail over the last couple of weeks to offer alternative dates and we hope to hear from you soon. Best Regards Lucy
