Hi Kathy. Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery and in particular with the timeframe from ordering to receiving your bulk bags. We have looked into this and can see that you placed your order after our office had closed on the Thursday which meant your order was not able to be processed until the following day which was the Friday before the Bank Holiday Weekend. We therefore called you on the Friday when we had your order and could see that the website had not allowed you to select a preferred delivery date and that no date had been specified in the delivery notes. This lead to your order not being able to be physically collected for delivery until the Tuesday after the Bank Holiday. You can find all of our delivery information available on our website (https://earthcycle.co.uk/delivery), which includes delivery timeframes and information on how to specify a weekend or timed delivery.

We apologise for the confusion caused by the delivery date calendar not working and this is something we are currently working on to fix. We will also look to make our delivery timeframes clearer across the site.

Good service only slightly let down by the delivery company they used
Earth Cycle had issues wtih their third party delivery service so the order was delivered 2 days late, however the Earth Cycle customer service team worked hard to fix the problem, including changing...
