Hi Alan. We're sorry that you encountered these issues with delivery. However, as per our delivery details on the website and in the order confirmation email, all deliveries are only guaranteed to be made to the kerbside.
Any delivery instructions that are provided by our customers are given to our 3rd party courier to follow. In some cases the delivery cannot always be conducted exactly to these instructions due to restrictions the driver may face with access and due to the size and weight of the bulk bags. These weigh up to a tonne dependent on the product being shipped and therefore cannot be pulled over kerbs or across grass or gravel on the pallet trolleys used by pallet delivery services.

We apologise for the fact your delivery could not be offloaded due to the damaged pallet and have asked the delivery company why the re-delivery was completed on an artic as this is not standard practice.
