Please rest assured, this issue has been raised directly with our Click and Collect Manager and our Fresh Food Manager to ensure this does not happen again in the future. Unfortunately, as the box is pre packed in our Fresh Food Department, it would seem as though yours has been missed and we are sorry to see this.
